Installing the mods.
Start the NexusModManager (NMM), and let it run in the background. Then follow the links below, one by one, and download the mods. All links goes to a certain mod on the Nexus. When opened, press the green "Download (Manual)" button, and when you see the file list, press "Download With Manager". That way the file(s) are automatically added to the NMM download cue. When the mod is fully downloaded, it will show in the mods tab, in one of the categories.

Mark the mod you downloaded, and press the icon with the little green arrow. (As shown in the image above) This will activate the mod.
Download all the mods listed below, and activate them one by one. If they contain esm files, they will show up in the plug-ins tab.
* Note. When a mod contains more than one file, the NMM will ask if you want to uninstall the previous version, when you try to install the second file. ALWAYS answer "NO" to this. Otherwise NMM will uninstall the first file, and only activate the second file. However, when NMM asks if you want to overwrite files from the previous mod, you can answer "Yes", so the second files overwrite some of the first files.

Otherwise choose from these 3 files under "Optional": "Weapons and Armor Fixes - Vanilla", "Weapons and Armor Fixes - Dawnguard", "Weapons and Armor Fixes - Dragonborn".

Secondly, you need to install some general textures mods. These mods need to be installed in this exact order (top to bottom), as some of the mods comes with the same textures and meshes. When asked, always overwrite any previous, so the lower mods take priority to the upper ones.

AOF Farmhouses (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7255/?)
Sexy Windhelm v2 (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7178/?)
Skyrim HD - 2K Textures (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/607/?)
This mods comes in two versions. (Full and Lite) If you have 2GB+ video memory on your graphics card, you can choose the Full version without performance drop, but with slightly longer loading times. If you have less than 2GB video memory, I would recommend the Lite version, or you will get a decrease in performanse and a chance of CDT's once in a while. The screenshots are taken with the Lite version.
You need to install 5 files individually, no matter which version you choose:
Skyrim HD v1_5 LITE(or FULL) - Dungeons
Skyrim HD v1_5 LITE(or FULL) - Landscape
Skyrim HD v1_5 LITE(or FULL) - Misc
Skyrim HD v1_5 LITE(or FULL) - Towns
Skyrim HD v1_6 LITE(or FULL) - Riften
Osmodius Windhelm Texture Pack (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54322/?)
Chris2012s Whiterun HQ Texture Pack (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/114/?)
This mod comes in two versions. (Full or 1024x1024) Full being 2048x2048 size textures. Again, if you have 2GB+ video memory, you can choose the Full version without performance drop. If you have less than 2GB video memory, I would recommend the 1024x1024 version. The screenshots are taken with the 1024 version.
HQ College of Winterhold (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2552/?)
Riften HQ textures (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/705/?)
This mod comes in three versions. (1024 or 2048 or MIX)
If you have 2GB+ video memory, you can choose the Full version without performance drop. If you have less than 2GB video memory, I would recommend the 1024 or the MIX version. The screenshots are taken with the MIX version.
Solitude HD Textures (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/419/?)
This mod comes in two versions. (1024 or 2048) My recommendations is still the same. Less than 2GB -> 1024, More than 2GB -> 2048.
More Dwemered Textures -the Markarth and Dwemer ruins-HD (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5827/?)
This mod only comes in 2048 size textures, so if you have less than 2GB video memory, and you experience CTD's in the city of Markarth, I would skip this mod. The mod can be uninstalled anytime without problems, as it only contains textures and meshes.
Install only the file: "More Dwemered Textures 2K V02"
HD Enhanced Terrain (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29782/?)
This mod comes in several versions. The "HD Enhanced Terrain PRO - Blended Version" is best fit for this mod setup.
Detailing the Eldrich - Higher-Res Riekling Architecture (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/46741/?)
Dragonborn HD Ultra - Volume One - Apocrypha
(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/36222/?) *Only needed if you have the Dragonborn DLC
Solstheim landscape and furniture
(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31591/?) *Only needed if you have the Dragonborn DLC
This mod comes in two versions. (All-In-One or 1024x1024) All-In-One being 2048 texture size. In this case, as Solstheim is not as big, and doesn't require as many textures as the Skyrim world space, I would actually recommend the All-In-One version, even with less than 2GB video memory. Of cause, if you get CTD's, try installing the 1024 version instead.
Stalhrim of Skyrim - Fixes - 2k 1k 512 (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54523/?)
During installation, I recommend choosing the 2k texture.

Thirdly, you need to install some mods for the environment. These need to be installed in the same top-to-bottom order as well. When asked, always overwrite any previous, so the lower mods take priority to the upper ones.

HD Misc (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3595/?)
Ruins Clutter Improved (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14227/?)
Remove Interior Fog V2 (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29253/?)
If you have all 3 DLC's, install "Remove Interior Fog V2 - Full Version".
If you only have some of the DLC's, choose the files individually instead. "Remove Interior Fog V2 - Skyrim", "Remove Interior Fog V2 - Dragonborn", "Remove Interior Fog V2 - Hearthfire", "Remove Interior Fog V2 - Dawnguard".
Revamped Exterior Fog (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9930/?)
Climates Of Tamriel - Weather - Lighting - Audio (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17802/?)
Install the file with the BSA archive "Climates Of Tamriel - V3-1". Not the "Climates Of Tamriel - V3-1 - Loose".
If you have the Dragonborn DLC, also install the "Climates Of Tamriel - Dragonborn Patch".
If you have the Dawnguard DLC, also install the "Climates Of Tamriel - Dawnguard Patch".
Finally install "Climates Of Tamriel - Sounds".
Expanded Snow Systems - Climates of Tamriel Version (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28110/?)
Install both "ExpandedSnowSystems-CoT 3_16 DG" and "CoT-WeatherPatch_ESS 3_16"
If you don't have the Dawnguard DLC, install the "ExpandedSnowSystems-CoT 3_16 - noDG" instead.
Climates Of Tamriel - Weather Patch
(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/39799/?)
Install "Weather Patch - Version A". During install, you will have multiple options. Choose the following:
1 - Fog Edition
2 - Dragonborn * Only if you have the DLC
3 - Night Level: 0 (no change)
4 - Don't choose any

Make sure to check Supreme Storms CoT & Expanded Snow System too.

*Note: It says on the Nexus site, that this mod isn't compatible with the "Revamped Exterior Fog" mod, which was installed earlier. That is not true. As long as "Climates of Tamriel - Weather Patch" is below "Revamped Exterior Fog" in the load-order, everything works perfectly. The only reason for installing "Revamped Exterior Fog" as well, is because of a few areas that "Climates of Tamriel - Weather Patch" doesn't cover. In those few areas, "Revamped Exterior Fog" just removes the fog.
Supreme Storms (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27022/?)
Install "Supreme Storms for Climates of Tamriel 3_1"
Better Dynamic Snow (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10383/?)
Real Ice ALL-IN-ONE (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5388/?)
Install the "Real Ice ALL-IN-ONE Installer by morpheas768" file.
Alternative Snow (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6086/?)
Install the "Alternative Snow" file.
2K Road Snow Footprints (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7824/?)
Install the "Road Snow Footprints 2K_For Alternative Snow" file.
Quality SnowFlakes HD V2 (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/7405/?)
Install "Quality SnowFlakes_Luminous V2".
Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/8655/?)
This mod comes with a lot of options during the installation. Choose "custom", then you can pick and choose what you want. I would recommend installing as much as possible, as this mod really enhances the visuals immersion.
Skyrim Flora Overhaul (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/141/?)
This mod comes in a LOT of variations. If you like the flora in the screenshots, you need to install a slightly older version, than the latest. It's located under "Old Versions": "Skyrim Flora Overhaul Basic v181b". After the main-file, I recommend installing "Hi-res Pines for all versions", which is located under "Optional Files". These are very large texture (8192 size), but since trees are a very big part of the scenery almost everywhere, you will get a big difference, with these few big textures. However, if you have less than 1GB video memory, don't install it.
Lastly you need to install "AOF Tree LODS", which is located under "Old Versions".
* The reason why I recommend using version 181b, instead of the latest versions, is because the newer versions are designed for Skyrim without ENB enhancements. Plus I don't like the new additions to Solstheim, which is supposed to be a wasteland of ash and dirt.
This mod can however be installed/uninstalled without problems, so you can try the newer versions if you want to see for yourself.
Lush Trees and Grass (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3288/?)
During installation, you will have the option to choose which trees you like. I would recommend installing the Lush grass, but keep the vanilla type trees.
Hybrids HD Plants and Herbs Retexture (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1546/?)
TreesHD_Skyrim_Variation (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3812/?)
This mod comes in 3 versions. I recommend installing "TreesHD_Skyrim_variation_HIGH_NEW". If you have 2GB+ video memory, you can choose the "TreesHD_Skyrim_variation_ULTRA_NEW" without performance drup.
You also need to install the "Lush_Trees_Vurts_compatibility_patch", located under "Optional Files".
High Definition Ivy - 2K (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30971/?)
I recommend installing the "HD Ivy - Original Green" under Old Versions, instead of the new "HD Ivy - 2014 EDITION - 2K". It's a matter of taste, but I like the lush green version better than the new "fall like" version.
Grass on Steroids - a grass mod that gives FPS BOOST and Dense Grass (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33582/?)
Install the "Grass On Steroids Natural Edition for SFO" file. Unless you like very tall grass, then install "Grass On Steroids Goldilocks Edition for SFO" or "Grass on Steroids Regular Edition for SFO".
WATER - Water And Terrain Enhancement Redux (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13268/?)
During installation, make sure to select both Dragonborn (If you have the Dragonborn DLC), and Falskaar, even though Falskaar is not installed yet.
You will also be asked if you want HiRes or MedRes. I recommend MedRes, unless you have 2GB+ video memory.
Green Water Fix (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14007/?)
Install the "GreenWaterFix_v2_Compatible" file.
SkyFalls and SkyMills - Animated Distant Waterfalls and WindMills (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/40564/?)
Install "SkyFalls and SkyMills FOMOD-BAIN Installer", and use these options:

83Willows 101BugsHD Butterfly Dragonfly Luna-Moth Torchbug (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4955/?)
Install the "83Willows 101BUGs V4_1 HighResolution" file.
Wiseman303's Critter Fixes (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54485/?)
Luminescent Luna Moths (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/54623/?)
Bellyaches Animal and Creature Pack (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3621//?)
This mod comes in two versions. (High Res and Mid Res) I would recommend to install the "NMM Pack or Manual Install Med Res", if you have less than 2GB video memory. If you have 2GB+, you can install the "NMM Pack or Manual Install High Res" without performance drup.
Birds of Skyrim (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17723/?)
Install the "Birds of Skyrim 065_BSA archive" file.
Bryce Nebula - Skyrim galaxy replacer (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5084/?)
You can install any of the four variations. I personally like "Bryce Nebula - Heliotrope". Check the screenshots on the Nexus page to see which one you like best.
Rainbows (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25666/?)
Roofs Whiterun Corrected (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7702/?)
Inside the Nebula (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6178/?)
Install the "Inside the Nebula - Waterfall Nebula". Unless you have 2GB+ video memory, then you should install "Inside the Nebula - Waterfall Nebula High-Res".
Perfect Whiterun (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12974/?)
Install both "Perfect Whiterun v1_0_2" (Or latest version) and "Addon_Outside district".
If asked, overwrite anything, except the "Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM" mod.
Towns and Villages Enhanced - Windhelm (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/22608/?)
If asked, overwrite anything, except the "Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM" mod.
ReAL Sun - insane0h Realistic Sunglare (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/866/?)

Now you need to install some more texture mods. They need to be installed top-to-bottom too. When asked, always overwrite any previous, so the lower mods take priority to the upper ones.

A Quality World Map - With Roads (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4929/?)
During installation, you will be given some options. I would recommend installing with these:

* Note: It says on the Nexus page, that installing the hi-res meshes from another mod "High Quality 3D Map (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4817/?)", is highly recommended. However, I recommend NOT to do so, as this mod works perfectly without the hi-res meshes. If you choose to install the hi-res meshes anyway, you will get a slightly more detailed world-map, but you might experience CTDs when looking at your map around the "South Shriekwind Bastion" and probably other places.
Accingite Vos - Shields HQ Retextures
(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/225/?)
Bellyaches HD Dragon Replacer Pack (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29631/?)
Better Circlets HQ V1o1 (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6495/?)
This mod comes in both 1024 and 2048 version. I would recommend the 1024 version, "Better Circlets MD 1K V1o1", no matter how much video memory you have. These circlets are so small, that I seriously doubt that anyone would be ably to tell the difference anyway.
Books Notes Paper HD 2K (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1618/?)
This mod also comes in both a 1024 and a 2048 size version. Since the books are opened to fill most of the screen, I would recommend the 2048 version, "PAPER HD 2K v1_1". If books start opening very slow, install the "PAPER HD 1K v1_1" version instead.
Detailed Rugs (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29608/?)
Finer Dust (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2636/?)
HD Banners v2 - Unique Textures (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3067/?)
HD Soul Gems (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26044/?)
HQ Paper (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5988/?)
HQ Skyrim map V2 (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3306/?)
This mod come in both 1024 and 2048 size versions. Since the maps are big, I would recommend installing "2024x2048 maps". Choose only "1024x1024 Version" if memory really is an issue.
Smoking Torches (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/35819/?)
Install "Smoking Torches 1.3" (Under Old Files), then "Ultimate HD Torch HiRes Fire Effect Patch".
Ultimate HD Fire Effects (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28642/?)
This mod comes in both 1024, 2048 and 4096 size versions. I would recommend the "Ultimate HD Fire Effects -Medium Resolution-". You can choose the "Ultimate HD Fire Effects -Low Resolution-" if memory is an issue, but the "Ultimate HD Fire Effects -Ultra Version-" is unnecessary even if you have 2GB+ video memory. All the effects that are added to fire via light-sprites glow and bloom effect, make the visual difference between medium and ultra minimal, but performance is very likely to drop with the ultra version.
You also need to install "Ultimate HD Candle Flames".
Weapon Retexture Project - WRP (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/1754/?)
If asked, overwrite any previous mod, but "Static Mesh Improvement Mod - SMIM".
Another Rock and Mountain Texture (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37265//?)
During installation you will have the choice of four different colors. My personal preference is "Light Grey", as this is closest to the original graphics.
Business Ledger HD Retexture (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38389/?)
The Beauty of Skyrim - Dungeons (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37496/?)
I recommend installing "The Beauty of Skyrim - Dungeons 2k".
The Beauty of Skyrim - Caves and Mines (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30631/?)
HD Bar Retexture (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2632/?)
HD Charcoal for Smelter - 2K and 1K texture replacer (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37556/?)
This mod comes in both 1024 and 2048. Install "HD Charcoal 2K" unless memory is a big issue.
HD Furniture and barrels final __ hi-res texture replacer (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/238/?)
Install the "HD Furniture and Barrels" file.
HD Noble Furniture (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/32309/?)
This mod comes in 1024, 2048 and 4096 size versions. I recommend installing "HD Noble Furniture - Medium". If you have more 2GB+ video memory, install "HD Noble Furniture - Ultra" instead.
Worthy Noble Furniture (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2411/?)
Stone Quarries Retextured - Hearthfire (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27779/?) *Only needed if you have the Hearthfire DLC
Install the "Stone Quarries - Retexture" file.
Super Bump Roads Vanilla V1o5 - Bump Roads Vanilla V1 (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4304/?)
Super Realistic Ore Textures (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3794/?)
Install the "Just the textures" file.
Visible Windows (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6971/?)
This mod comes in a High and a Medium version. I recommend installing "Visible Windows Medium v1_2". Unless you have more than 2GB+ video memory, then install "Visible Windows High v1_2" instead.
Vivid Landscapes - Rocking Stones and Mountains Parallax (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38004/?)
This mod comes in 3 variations, which all comes in 1024 and 2048 size versions. I recommend installing "Rocking Stones Parallax - All in One 2k CLASSIC GREY". If you prefer brown mountains, you can try "Rocking Stones Parallax - All in One 2k BROWNISH - best one imo" or "Rocking Stones Parallax - All in One 2k BROWNISH-GREY". This mod can be easily installed and uninstalled without causing problems.
You also need to install "Vivid Landscapes - Moss Rocks - Compatibility Patch" from the "Optional Files" section.
Vivid Landscapes - Cliffs and Creeks
(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38497/?)
This mod comes in 512, 1024 and 2048 size versions. I recommend installing "Vivid Landscapes - Cliffs and Creeks 2048", unless you have less than 1GB video memory.
You also need to install "Rocking Stones and Mountains Parallax - Compatibility Patch", from the "Optional Files".
Vivid Landscapes - Dungeons and Ruins (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/39874/?)
This mod comes in a 1024 and a 2048 version. Install the "Vivid Landscapes - Dungeons and Ruins 2048" file, unless memory is a big issue. Even though the 2048 file is quite big, performance is not likely to become an issue, as most of these textures will be loaded in interior cells, which require far less resources.
You also need to istall the "Better Dynamic Snow Compatibility patch" and "SMIM Compatibility patch" files.
Vivid Landscapes - Tundra Moss Revised (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/43221/?)
This mod comes in a yellow and a red variation, both in 256, 1024 and 2048 size versions. I recommend installing the "xVivid Landscapes - Tundra Moss Revised - red 1024" version. But check the screenshots on the Nexus page, and see which color you like best.
I don't recommend installing the 2048 versions, even if you have the extra video memory. The difference between 1024 and 2048 is minimal, due to the small size of the moss rocks.
You also need to install the "SMIM compatibility patch" file.
Vivid Landscapes - Volcanic Area
(http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/41198/?)
This mod comes in 512, 1024 and 2048 size versions. I recommend installing "Vivid Landscapes - Volcanic Area 2048". Unless you have less than 1GB video memory, then install "Vivid Landscapes - Volcanic Area 1024" instead.
Vivid Landscapes - Castle Volkihar (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52677/?)
I recommend installing "Vivid Landscapes - Castle Volkihar 2048". Unless you have 1GB video memory or less, then I would recommend the
"xVivid Landscapes - Castle Volkihar 1024".
Detailed Chests Texture Replacers (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/4457/?)
I recommend installing "Chests_WashedOut_Dirty_2048". Look at the screenshots on the Nexus page, and see which version you like best. If memory is a big issue, you can install the "Chests_WashedOut_Dirty_1024" instead.

The next mod you need to install, is Falskaar. This mod (or DLC) is just as big as any of Bethesda's DLC's, and it fits the Skyrim world perfectly. Install from top-to-bottom. (I have put it here as a required mod, even though you could argue that it should be optional. The reason for it being here, is because some of the required mods have content for Falskaar, and those Falskaar additions should be installed along with the main files.)

Falskaar (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37994/?)
Falskaar Wildlife add-on (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50246/?)
Falskaar - Climates of Tamriel patch (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38361/?)
Falskaar World Map Clouds (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/40468/?)
Better Falskaar and Wyrmstooth Map With Roads (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/51339/?)
Install "Better Falskaar Map With Roads". Not the main-file.
Island Fast Travel (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38465//?)

There are a few more mods that should be installed at this point, but they are optional. Please go to Optional Mods, and look at section 1. * When done with section 1, return here for the next required mods.

After Falskaar, some general mods need to be installed. These doesn't need to be installed in any specific order.

XP32 Maximum Skeleton -XPMS (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26800/?)
Just install the "XPMS 1-92 NMM-BAIN INSTALLER" file.
Fores New Idles in Skyrim - FNIS (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11811/?)
Install both main-files. "FNIS Behavior V5_1 -- ALWAYS necessary" and "FNIS Spells V5_0_1 -- ADD-ON for the spells", then install
"FNIS Behavior V5_1 Hotfix 1" from the optinal files.
This mod comes with a little tool, "GenerateFNISforUsers.exe", which is automatically installed. Don't run the tool yet.
SkyUI (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3863/?)
The improved UI is needed for configuration of several other mods. No worries, it really is better than the original UI.
Vanilla Mannequin Script Fix (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10652/?)
Install both "Vanilla Mannequin Script Fix v2_0 Alternative" and "Vanilla Mannequin Script Fix v2_2".

The next mods are for changing the looks and features of your character and the NPCs, giving more options and variety. Install in top-to-bottom order.

Better males - Beautiful nudes and faces - New hairstyles (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2488/?)
First install "New Hairstyles Pack For Men", then "Faces - GeonoxFaces". If you want nude males in your game, install a body-type too.
Better Females by Bella (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/2812/?)
Just install "Eyebrows".
ApachiiSkyHair (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/10168/?)
Install "ApachiiSkyHairMale_v_1_2" (Or latest version), "ApachiiSkyHairFemale_v_1_4" (Or latest version) and then "ApachiiSkyHair_v_1_5_Full" (Or latest version).
High Quality Eyes (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/498/?)
Just install "High_Quality_Eyes-1_20".
Natural Eyes (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3589/?)
Install "Natural Eyes High Res".

The following mods are for the female body type. There are a lot of different versions on the Nexus. The two most popular types are UNPB and CBBE. I recommend the UNPB type for several reasons. At first look, the CBBE type actually looks more appealing , but after trying them both out, I found UNPB more to my likings. UNPB has higher resolution, which gives softer and more natural lines. The shape looks more natural too, which suits the game better. The CBBE body comes more curvy, which at first looks more appealing, but with the setting from the RaceMenu mod, the UNPB body can be made just as curvy. (Or slim, if that's what you prefer.)

DIMONIZED UNP female body (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6709/?)
Install "UNP BASE Main body V1dot2" only.
TroubleMakers Clothing - UNPB UNP BBP BBPx TBBP MTM Female Body Replacer (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20227/?)
Install only the "UNPB Body NMM Installer" file.
During installation, you will be asked to choose body type. Choose UNPB BBP 2.4.
No More Blocky Faces (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/30/?)
Install "No_More_Blocky_Faces-1_50".
No More Ugly Bronze Shine (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29791/?)
Install "No More Ugly Bronze Shine ver 1_4a_UNP".
Coverwomen (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3563/?)
I recommend installing "coverwomen look_2". Look at the screenshots on the Nexus page, and choose what you like best.
You also need to install "seamless UNP and Coverwomen Look_2(or any other look you chose)".
HN66s Long Eye Lashes (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27783/?)
BVFE - Better Vampire Fangs and Eyes (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38829/?)
Install "Better Vampire Fangs and Glowing Eyes".
Eyebrow Specularity Fix (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49168/?)

There are a few more mods that should be installed at this point, but they are optional. Please go to Optional Mods, and look at section 3, 4 & 5.
* When done with section 3 to 5, return here for the next required mods.

After installing mods from section 3 to 5, you need to install these NPC changing mods. Install from top-to-bottom.

Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Overhaul (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23755/?)
There are 3 versions of this mod. I personally use Version 1, but choose the one you like the best.
"NPC Overhaul - Version 1" If you want facial enhancements + new hair for both male & female NPCs.
"NPC Overhaul - Version 2" If you want facial enhancements + new hair for only female NPCs.
"NPC Overhaul - Version 3" If you want facial enhancements only.
The install "USKP Patch for Version 1" from the Optional Files.
Rayya Housecarl Makeover GRW (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26059/?)
I recommend installing "Rayya Housecarl Makeover GRW Hairstyle B".
Khaliza of Gilane -Redguard Housecarl of Markarth- (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21189/?)
I recommend installing "Khaliza of Gilane Auto-Level from 10 to 75 Essential".

The last mod you need to install, is a mod for shorter re-spawn time. (The reason why this mod is essential, is because of the large number of mods that are already installed. This mod is needed for keeping the savegame files at a reasonable size, and avoid file corruption.)

Shorter Cell Respawns (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/7157/?)
Install "Shorter Cell Respawns - Quarter".

There are a few more mods that should be installed at this point, but they are optional. Please go to Optional Mods, and look at section 6 & 7.
